We may even be able to help you reduce your custom duty fees or lessen your value added taxes.
No monthly fees – just pay as we buy items for you.
The first purchasing assistance fee is this listing price. If you 'Buy-IT-Now', you have already paid for our services.
For our International Shopping Assistance (ISA) low price of .99 or  8% (whichever is higher) we will purchase for you all of the items that you want at one time from one UK online vendor.
Then we will arrange to ship everything to you from our UK warehouse by the carrier of your choice.
Here is how this works:
1. Buy our shopping assistance now - this will entitle you to a one-time multiple purchase all from a SINGLE merchant of your choice.
Tell us all the items that you wish us to buy for you from that one source.
2. Give us any merchant's promotional codes or coupons so that we can apply these discounts to your selections.
3. We will tally everything up for you and send you an invoice of your gross purchase price including any domestic S&H to our UK depot.
The invoice will include a small 4% payment processing fee.
Paying our invoice will finalize your sale.
3. We will then e-mail you the transaction information along with any tracking numbers.
4. After we receive all of your items, we will inspect and verify each item.
We will then consolidate, repack and prepare your international parcel as needed for the best way to ship.
We usually mail parcels via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service.
However, you may select another carrier (UPS/FedEx/DHL/TNT, etc.) if you wish.
5. When your items are ready to ship, we will notify you by a second invoice to pay for international shipping fees.
EXAMPLE:
1. Michael lives in Hong Kong.
He wants to buy a jacket from Burbury UK.
The jacket costs £100 and the website charges £5 for domestic UK delivery.
2. Michael buys our ISA service and provides the online link to the jacket.
3. We send Michael a PayPal invoice for £109.20 (4%/£4.20 processing fee added).
4. Michael pays the invoice and we purchase the jacket which is in turn delivered to our UK depot.
5. Royal Mail's delivery fee to Hong Kong is £15.
We send Michael a 2nd invoice for £15.
6. Once the 2nd invoice is paid, we forward the jacket to Michael and provide the tracking info.

If you live outside the EU, you may have to pay custom duty tariffs and/or value added taxes (VAT) as your country dictates.

Unless you request, we won't include receipts, price lists, or catalogs.
Yes, we can even remove original packaging, tags, labels etc. at no extra cost to you.
It is up to you to declare how much you paid for your item(s), that's none of our business anyway.
We don't want to confuse the custom duty tax inspectors with documentations and tags that display prices conflicting with your stated declared values.
You just tell us what value to declare on your parcel.
