NOC-Pet Halloween Costume-Pirate Dog-Headpiece & Ankle Cuff-Sz S/M

Description

New on card is a Target brand Pet Halloween costume.  This is a Pirate costume.  It is a simple costume consisting of a headpiece and ankle cuff only.  It does not include a costume for the body section.  Costume includes a headpiece which is a pirate hat in black felt with a skull and crossbones in silver on the front.  It has attached black and red yarn "hair".  It attaches with two elastic loops to go over the ears and a elastic strap for under the chin with a drawstring.  Costume also includes a single ankle "cuff" which is stretchy sock material in brown with tan detail.  Size  is  a "S/M".  Package indicates the following size recommendations:
S/M:  Weight: up to 50 lbs; length (base of neck to base of tail) 18"; girth: up to 30"; neck: up to 22".
