All items must be returned with  their original packaging and within 14 days of  receipt of the purchased item. NO RETURNS will be accepted without a "Return Material Authorization" number   (RMA). Contact HWA for this RMA number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER.  By proceeding with checkout you are agreeing to the  terms of our return policy. Some returns will be  subjected to a 15% restock fee.
We will only  ship within the United States. This item is being sold with shipping to only the 48 continental US  States. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico there will be a small shipping surcharge for these   destinations.
NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE. We do not ship to Post Office boxes so please provide an  actual street address number if you are the buyer. If  the delivery address is to a apartment number an  adult signature will be required.
