Orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been received (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays excluded).
This item ships for free to all destination, except as follows. For some shipments weighing more than 13 ounces, to addresses outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states (such as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), there a shipping surcharge.  There are no shipping surcharges to APO, FPO, or DPO, regardless of the ultimate destination.  In some listings the surcharge is displayed and will be applied at checkout.  In other cases the surcharge is not displayed.  If your order will be shipped outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states please contact us for a shipping surcharge quote before purchasing. We reserved the right to cancel any order for which a surcharge applies but is not paid.
